A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for multiple school settings in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, providing critical support to K-12 students within a contract role lasting through the current school year. This opportunity includes part-time and full-time positions across several schools, each with unique caseloads and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade.
- Conduct small group and individual therapy sessions focused on progress toward established communication goals.
- Document student progress and collaborate with educational staff to support student success.
- Provide maternity short-term coverage and itinerant services across multiple school campuses.
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working in school settings with diverse age groups from early childhood to secondary education.
- Ability to manage caseloads and adapt therapy plans as needed.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Location and Schedule Details:
- Roles available at three schools: Crookshank Elementary (3-4 days/week), Durbin Creek Elementary (full-time maternity coverage through May), Veritas Classical School (5 hours/week itinerant service starting January).
